Dr. David T. Hottel is a consultant, lecturer, and motivational speaker. He has extensive experience in instructional design, development, and delivery. He had presented seminars and workshops on motivation, terrorism, management, and other subjects. His background provides very specific knowledge in emergency management, military/civilian cooperation, hazard mitigation, resource management planning, mobilization, intelligence, and anti-terrorism. 

EXPERIENCE:

Educator: Full-time instructor, US Army service schools. Adjunct faculty colleges and universities.

Trainer: Training officer for US Air Force, US Army, DOD, FEMA, and civilian corporations such as Stiefel, SCSC, CSC, and others.

Manager: Managed organizations ranging in size from three to 1500 people. Director projects with multi-million dollar values.

Analyst: Conducted analyses in the areas of intelligence, terrorism, leadership, management, cost, business strategy, mobilization, and other related fields.

Facilitator: Served as facilitator for workshops in a the fields of experience indicated.

National Security: Served in many capacities in the area of National Security, Mobilization, Intelligence, Terrorism and Anti-Terrorism, Emergency Management, and physical and personal security over thirty years.
